Gaia Arkadia is a crypto-scientific platform designed to support research and discovery in the fields of exoplanets, intelligent life, and interstellar communication. The native utility token of the platform is AKDX.

2. Airdrop Participation

To participate in the airdrop, users must:

• Connect a valid Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask)

• Submit accurate email, Twitter, and optional Discord information

• Consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy

Approval for token claims is not guaranteed and is subject to internal review.

3. Wallet and Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and browser extensions used to access the site.
Gaia Arkadia will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of funds due to wallet mismanagement

• Failed transactions due to insufficient gas

• Unauthorized access to your wallet

4. Token Claim Process

Once approved, users will be able to claim their allocated AKDX tokens through a smart contract interaction.
You must have a small balance of Polygon (POL) to pay for the required gas fees.

The number of tokens distributed may vary by phase and is subject to availability.

5. Restrictions and Disqualifications

Gaia Arkadia reserves the right to disqualify participants if:

• Fraudulent or duplicate submissions are detected

• Bots or automated systems are used

• Offensive, spammy, or misleading content is provided

• Terms are violated in any form

All claims are logged on-chain and irreversible once executed.

6. Jurisdiction and Legal Framework

This platform is a decentralized initiative and is not intended to be an offering of securities or financial products.
Participation is at your own discretion and in accordance with local laws.

We encourage users to verify compliance with regulations in their jurisdiction.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the airdrop, dashboard, or website:

• In case of abuse or violation of these Terms

• Due to technical, legal, or strategic reasons

• Without prior notice
